Branch Contact Details: Registered Charity No. 313115 |
The Croydon & Bromley Branch of the School of Economic Science was established in 1976. It offers regular introductory courses in practical philosophy, and other occasional courses and events as publicised on this page from time to time. The Branch has its own headquarters building at 13 Addiscombe Grove, Croydon - only a few minutes walk from East Croydon station, tram stops and bus stops. The introductory philosophy courses also take place in hired premises in Bromley and Sutton. Many people who attend the introductory course decide to continue their study and practice of philosophy, and there are ongoing classes to provide for this. The opportunity to take up the practice of meditation is offered after a few terms' attendance. For further details about the School and all that it has to offer, including events and other study courses available at the headquarters in Mandeville Place, London, please follow the links at “About the School”. We look forward to welcoming you on one of our courses.
